Our unique 5 step design process

This process has been fine tuned to provide you with confidence in our products and services from the start of your project to the finish

Throughout we will endeavour to ensure you have sufficient information to make informed decisions about the look, feel and cost of your project. After enquiring with us about your project, we will make a time to meet you at the location of your project for an initial discussion and preliminary measure up. During this meeting we will happily share advice and answer your questions to assist you to make decisions that contribute to a great outcome.

Following our preliminary consultation we ask that you make a time to visit our showroom where we will take you through an extensive selection of the leading materials and finishes from the industry's most popular suppliers.

We have solutions for all budgets and can assist with advice on what's hot and what's not.

It is important that you make us aware of any fittings, appliances, basins, sinks or other items you have or intend to purchase for the project before we commence drawing the project.

Once your materials are selected we will prepare and provide you with plans and 3D renderings of your project and proposed costs. This is typically issued by email but we can go through them in person upon request.

At this point we can revise the materials and the design to respond to budget constraints or opportunities

After signing off on the design and material palette we will ask for a deposit. Upon receiving the deposit we will organise a time with you to undertake a final onsite measure. During this visit we will make our final checks to confirm that we haven't missed any details and that nothing has changed on site since our preliminary measure.

Once this is complete we will source the materials, cut and build your project and make a date to come and install it. We can work in with your builder or we can coordinate other trades such as stone masons, plumbers and electricians to work with us.

The time taken to install your new cabinetry will vary depending on the size and complexity of your project. Typically a kitchen with laminated bench tops takes 1 to 3 days to install.

A kitchen with stone bench tops will take between 740 days as the stone mason will measure up for the stone after the kitchen cabinetry is in position.

Upon completion of the project's installation, we will issue a final invoice.
